Today
we met another great lady, Chaya, a friend of Livy’s, who came into Rishon Le'Tzion to
meet us. Chaya is a classy lady with a
kind face and noble disposition. She kindly agreed to drive us to view a
rental, an experience that was mortifying. The place was basically a dump.
After this fiasco, all three of us enjoyed a light lunch of Shakshuka and salad
in the Mall (Canyon in Hebrew.)
After
lunch I was able to get my very first Israeli phone line. Yaffa was
instrumental in pointing me to the best deal from Hot Mobile that gave me data
and free calling in Israel, Canada and the US.
I felt very fortunate to be able to connect locally, and of course with
family and friends in NA.
